This document is based on ANSI T1.114-1996, and allows functions similar to those in ITU-T Recommendations Q.771 through Q.774 of the White Book specifications of Signalling System No. 7 for international use, issued by the ITU-T Study Group XI (Vol. VI Fascicle V1.9).
