Manufacturer’s Letter of Guarantee

This manufacturer wishes to apply to the MII of the PRC for the Network Access License for Telecommunications Equipment and honor the following commitments .

1) It will observe the relevant laws, acts and regulations of the People’s Republic of China;

2) It will observe the Arrangements for the Approval of Network Access of Telecommunications Equipment ,promulgated by the MII of the PRC ,and other relevant regulations;

3) It will guarantee the consistency of the Telecommunications equipment before and after it is granted the Network Access License (NAL)for Telecommunications Equipment;

4) It will guarantee the quality of the product and be responsible for its after-sale service;

5) It will use the NAL and the Network Access Identifier according to the relevant provisions after obtaining the NAL;

6) It will accept the supervision and inspection of the MII and any penalties for violations of relevant provisions.

7) When advertising its telecommunications equipment with the NAL ,it will add a statement to the effect that the product has obtained the NAL issued by the MII of the PRC and indicate the NAL number.
